New management as of July 2023 (Kelly) is terrible. Phone calls go unanswered and anything you need attended to will take weeks to months.

Kelly the new manager does a great job, I wish ,they would however, sweep the area, there's alot of gravel on the roads in here. There's been no problems, every so often, you will see someone that doesn't belong in here, walking and collecting cans and bottles, we hear gunshots, every so often, but, there's been no problems here. It's quiet, people keep to themselves, this place is kid & pet friendly, but no playground just a swimming pool. It's mostly concrete, all around us. Seems safe enough, iv been here about 6 months.
I had lived there for 8 years. It is a good place. The manager couple are a very nice people.
