This is the best choice I've made towards life improvement in a year! Calley is attentive and structures my workout to my specific needs without stressing my sciatica. I also take both Shannon and Calley's group classes and they are just the right price and amount of time to do twice weekly. Everyone is so supportive!

I've been doing personal training with Calley for 7 months and have become stronger and less injury-prone in that time. Calley is enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive - and she knows her stuff! She helps me work on my weaknesses and at the same time avoid movements that aggravate sensitive areas. I am looking forward to adding one of her group class to my weekly routine.
