Shannon and Brittany are absolutely the best trainers. I am not even finished with my first year that I am already ripping the benefits. I am toned, healthy, I limited my back pain, increased my endurance. Shannon targets and tailors what -i- want. Yes! He listens. Brittany is also awesome. She gave me a full on nutrition plan which helped me fuel my training sessions and expedite my results. I am a healthier me, I feel more confident which is exactly what I was looking for.

I have been working out with Shannon for 8 years now. Shannon is the most positive and energetic person I know and he brings such a positive vibe into his training and coaching. He encourages and motivates every client to give their own 110%, what ever that may be.

I have been working with Shannon for 8 months now. Shannon helped me achieve my initial set of goals in a short period of time. We keep surpassing the new goal posts and the results have been nothing short of amazing. The energy and enthusiasm he brings to the workouts make the workouts challenging and fun.

Classes are fun and motivating and the personal training results in fantastic strength gains. After recovering from a major back and neck injury, Shannon guided me through strength training and conditioning to be able to return to activities I never thought would be possible again AND has kept the injuries from returning. Amazing. I highly recommend
