Dr. Susan Burns Sanchez is not a good dentist her office is closed more than opened, not good at notifying patients of changes to office, seems she needs to take care of herself first.
My experience at this more low key office was positive. I am a very anxious person in a dental office and found them to be very gentle and patient with both my self and my daughter. They were very helpful processing our insurance and we will be going back for sure.
I would not recommend this dental office. I was not satisfied with their work or with the staff. Very unprofessional.
Excellent explanation of my dental problem and options for solving it. The fees for the procedures were economical, and I received options that suited my needs. Office a little hard to find, but more than adequate. Staff very friendly.
Excellent overall experience, I am new to the area and picked Dr. Burns off my insurance list. I brought my treatment plan from my previous dentist prepared to spend quite a bit. Dr burns explained in detail why i did not need to spend so much money to get the same results. What a find a honest business person and a good Dentist.
I have made several appointments....I have been rescheduled 5 different times because Dr. Burns did not show up......I was then told that she was for sure going to be in the office and to go ahead and come in on my 6th reschedule....I get there and wait over 2 hours......and they told me she left for the day......what kind of Dr. would leave with someone waiting over two hours for her.......I really don't think she was ever really there!
had an appt for a filling and Dr Burns never showed up. After 45 minutes I left. I requested my xrays so I can go to another dentist and I had to wait over 2 weeks to get mine, and I still haven't received my son's xrays. I made the request in January and it's Mid-March.
