The consultation that I had with Mrs. Burns was great, however once I retained her everything went downhill. I have left messages after messages with no response. Her secretary kept telling me that she was not available or in a meeting and she will get back to me as soon as she can. I've been calling her for the past 3 days leaving messages and as of today still waiting for her to call me back. I retained her as I want to file for divorce. It seems that she gives a good talk but does not want to do the work.
