Never though I could go back to working out after major back surgery with 8 rods in my back …. Now I’m amaze with what I’m able to do with Lance’s help.. he’s very knowledgeable and amazing coach. Only regret not finding him sooner !! 💪🏻

I had been thinking about getting a trainer, when I saw the ad on Instagram…After a couple of years training by myself I decided it was worth a shot and I am absolutely 100% I did it!! Lance is amazing!! He is highly knowledgeable in training and nutrition! I will most definitely continue with Lance at Burns Elite Performance!!
