Horrible people with a terrible heart. My husband worked for a month WITHOUT RECEIVING PAY, and not just my husband but several other employees. We spent Christmas and New Year's without ANY money because of this horrible and irresponsible company. They have no responsibility for their employees, and they will not have responsibility for your home!!
The reviews are spot on. Burns contracting will do a nice job when they actually show up. Still waiting on my addition to be finished 2 years later. Refuses to give a refund but always promises “next week.” They should be ashamed holding onto people’s money like it’s their personal banking account.
Doesn’t pay his subcontractors, he has no problem calling when he needs you, but doesn’t answer the phone when it’s time to Pay IYKYK
Ken Burns "Burned Me"!! 7 weeks ago Ken Burns took a 60% deposit for a storm door replacement and 2 railing job. He told me to order the door and he would pick it up. It appeared it would be just a few days before the job could be done. He cashed the check that day! Had two hugh projects completed by Burns Construction. Our old deck was unsafe and it was time to replace it. We contacted Burns Construction and met with Mr. Burns to assess the project. Mr. Burns had a proposal for us to review within the next few days. Mr. Burns and his crew started the work as soon as the permits were issued. The final product is amazing.
