Our vehicle needed a brake fluid exchange and fuel induction service. The process was smooth. Dustin was our service advisor today and communicated well throughout the service.
Overall experience was ok. A little unorganized but the task at hand was taken care of. Walked in, no one even acknowledged that I was there. Granted they were busy but no one even stated that they would be with me in just a moment! I finally walked up to a window considering I did have an appointment where Mike seemed very frustrated that he had to assist me, by banging on the window to get my attention verses addressing me as Mame' or Miss.
