I had a wonderful experience the first time I took my daughters Equinox here. The car still needed a shifter assembly, which was on back order. I was told if I found one, they would install it so that is what I did. Dropped the car off on a Monday and was told it was just a couple hour long job. Thursday rolled around and it still wasn't done. I told the advisor I would be out of town until Sunday but please leave the car outside the gate and I would pick it up Sunday morning.
