I had my car for only 3 months for the first 20 days I had too bring it up her for a core pack going bad so today August 13 a month later back up here with same problem only this time I got attitude from the Steven Jones he was very rude and was yelling cause I told him that I told him that one was vad and the other one was going out I have paid extra money.too get a car fix that I only had for 3 month due to other warrant only fixes what wrong with it. Burns Chevrolet has a fantastic collision service department! From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Erin was absolutely wonderful. She provided excellent guidance, answered questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I am extremely pleased with the service I got! I took my truck for an airbag recall replacement service. I had other concerns and Mike Glenn, vehicle service associate, was of the greatest assistance! No pressure or scare tactics and I was able to get all work complete in a timely manner at an affordable price! Having vehicle repairs can be a nightmare for a woman.
