Got the vehicle I wanted. Knew it has problems. Problems I was ready to deal with. Didn't get the car fax till after I paid for it. Wasn't told the breaks needed work till after paying for it. They had a check engine code erased. (power steering pressure switch) That should have popped up on the test drive. Didn't show till 100 meters after purchase. I did buy a side lot vehicle. It's easy to leave a positive review for a purchase when everything goes ok. But my positive review comes from a problem and how it was reconciled. They asked me how they can solve the issue and make me happy. And I thank them for their down to earth, no bs customer service�
My father just bought my mother a car and it's really comfortable, and she's really happy and she also really satisfied with the service that they gave her.
I recently purchased a 2010 chevy traverse.... after two different trips back to the dealership for engine problems and misdiagnosis. The car broke down this week. Engine completely shot. The car isn't even 3 months old to me and because i drove it 3900 miles in the time Ive had it. I have been told by them that i am 100% responsible for the repairs. Would not recommend.
