I've been loyal to the Burns dealership and have serviced all of my cars there since we moved to Rock Hill and will continue to use them for future purchases. Burns Body Shop has been a vastly different experience. Because of my relationship with the dealership, I took 2 of my cars to the body shop for hail damage repairs. Both are 2024 models with low miles and extremely well cared for and garage kept. This is when I first met Butterscotch on 5/26/23. Then comes April 20, 2024 The Hail storm damaged my 2023 Trailblazer.But thanks to Burns Chevrolet Body Shop. Alan Leasure and his Crew got my ButterScotch back like new. Thanks

Had a terrible experience at another body shop. Worked with Holly who was fantastic to work with to get the car moved from the other shop to Burns. She kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend.
