I bought appliances from Burns and Sons several months ago.... Initially my fridge was not delivered because they said it wasn’t cooling properly. It had been over a month and I had to call to check on it. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally I get my “new” fridge weeks AFTER that, and guess what?! IT DOES NOT COOL PROPERLY! THIS WAS MONTHS AGO! MY FRIDGE IS STILL NON FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. Single mom, full time job, can’t keep anything in the fridge, had to throw out food SO MANY TIMES! First of all, I was pretty impressed with getting my washer and dryer delivered the same day that I bought it. They even installed it, a lot of their competitors only drop it off. I'm going to give them 5 stars but there was one thing they should change and that is the extra charge for the stuff to hook it up with that was not mentioned.

I wish I would have read the reviews. Beware if Lowes tries to send them out on warranty work. The guy was in and out in 10 minutes, misdiagnosed the problem and charged me $79.00. Lowes had to send another company out to correctly diagnose the problem.
The staff was super helpful and nice. The delivery guys called ahead and were here and had my new stove installed before the original time they had estimated. That was great! I've never not had to wait for a delivery or repair person until the last minute, awesome. I have seen the poor reviews on this page, and I chose to ignore them and form my own opinion, and I'm glad I did. I encourage you to give them a try! I would definitely purchase from them again! Thank you!
