Just bought a new stove a few weeks ago at the Muscatine location. It was just installed a day or two ago. After it was installed by their employees, it was discovered that the oven did not work by their employees. We were told that he would call the store and find out services for us. I just received a call saying that a technician cannot be out until next week. This is unacceptable service for a brand new appliance. I will never recommend or buy from here again.

Terrible service and there warranties are a scam. If you buy from them and your product breaks good luck getting help.
A nice selection and they had the dryer I was looking for. Delivery and haul away available. Shop local.
The sales people were helpful, and knowledgable about their products. So very nice. They have beautiful machines, great brands to choose from. The deals were amazing. We had a slight issue with a delivery and it was Christmas Eve and the repairman came out that night late to take care of it to my complete satisfaction. I had Burns and Sons work on my washing machine, they were fast and professional. I will definitely be using them again.
They were very friendly when first getting our appliance and very helpful in deciding which was a better fit for us. We needed a repair and they were really quick in fixing the problem and friendly the entire time. The pricing was pretty fair as well.
My sister bought all new appliances from them, and from day one has had non stop problems with the refrigerator. they have very poor customer service and do not return phone calls. My sister is actually considering legal action. If you're a manager at this establishment and reading this (I assume you won't) you should seriously consider getting ahold of my sister
