I live down the street and like to come here often! Especially for special occasions. We truly had a fantastic time, it wasn't too busy on a Monday evening and Natalie made our visit extraordinary! She was so attentive and kind, I truly appreciated her happiness and the fact she was smiling every interaction we had with her. It's crazy the impact such good service can have. We had a great time and surely will be back

great spot!! facilities were clean; towels, robe, and slippers were provided; the pools and saunas were perfectly tempered! Beth went above and beyond to ensure my friend and i had a positive and relaxing experience. She ensured we knew about every service and product available, encouraged us to explore the facility, and ensured she or her coworker were available for any questions or to order a drink. She truly made our experience 5 stars!
