Disappointed ! We only used the oasis pass and one of the pools was empty. The medium thermal pool was broken and the hottest pool was not 104 F. It’s all very small. I did enjoy the salt sauna and indoor hot tub. We were not given a discount due to the warm pool being out of service. We also had trouble with the lockers. I wouldn’t return unfortunately.
My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our 2-year anniversary! The Burning Springs Spa was a wonderful experience! The service was immaculate. Jess M. and Celeste did our mani-pedis and were both so lovely. I accidentally ruined my pedicure, and Jess went out of her way to fix it immediately. They did such an amazing job and had lovely conversations throughout! From the front desk to the spa staff, everyone was warm, attentive, and took such good care of us.
