It's insane that in such a new building, you can clearly hear your neighbors. My bathroom fan didn't work, even though I was the first person to live in my unit. There's also very sloppy workmanship, like lots of dings on wood, paint drips ectera. Update: There are constant problems with trash and recycling. There's too many units for their current setup so it easily gets overwhelmed. Recycling is not picked up if it's being used as an extra trash dumpster. every package you order will get stolen and the landlord will tell you ‘they’re thinking about getting cameras’, but they’re not. have lived here for three months and have already had $700 of furniture and prescriptions stolen from the mailroom. they even stole my 1-800-contacts box, my literal prescription contacts. don’t waste your time and money like i did and just find somewhere else to live. not to mention they only got my deposit in the first place because they promised me a unit in a building across town, and then let... read more
