I gotta say the maintenance crew are the most efficient and the most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. As soon as I file a complaint or put a maintenance request in, they’re quick to handle it and to resolve it. I’m very appreciative of everyone who is involved in that. Yes, the ants are annoying but I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and as long as you clean up any spills and not leave any food out and spray every 6 months, you won’t have a problem. It smells like rotten subway in the stairs. Saw lougies on the stairs. No closets You can hear neighbors
It's insane that in such a new building, you can clearly hear your neighbors. My bathroom fan didn't work, even though I was the first person to live in my unit. There's also very sloppy workmanship, like lots of dings on wood, paint drips ectera. Update: There are constant problems with trash and recycling. There's too many units for their current setup so it easily gets overwhelmed. Recycling is not picked up if it's being used as an extra trash dumpster.
