I have lived here for over 3 years now. I love the pool, the apartment, and the location is amazing, in the southern part of downtown Fort Worth, a block from Burnett Park and within walking distance of the Water Gardens and Sundance Square. The new management staff which took over in April of last year made a tremendous difference in a very positive way. I recently toured this community and had a really great experience. From the moment I arrived, the property itself seemed well-maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities and overall layout of the community were what I’m looking for, and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to everything downtown has to offer. Update! 01/01/2026 Customer service and management very dismissive of my concerns. Gave every excuse in the book. Not helpful at all. Do not move here or choose to live here.
Great staff, very patient and caring. We moved in early October 2025, love the amenities, the area. Thank you!
