Burnett has installed windows at my last home and a.window and door at my current home. Both experiences have been wonderful. Their installers do a wonderful job and the products are top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the windows and doors in my home.

Burnett Home Improvement stands behind their windows even after 13 years! After cleaning one of our windows in January, it would not shut. At this point, we used a makeshift barrier to keep the cold out. The next day I called Burnett -- Tayler and Chris were so helpful in having Chris come out that day, shut the window, and determine the problem. A part was ordered and Chris returned a few weeks later to efficiently fix the window. To our surprise, the parts/labor were covered under warranty. All a pleasant experience!
