We have spent close to $100K with Burnett, when we had an issue with the guttering system they installed, they were slow to respond and then indicated they were no longer the vendor who represented the product. Burnett denied and deflected our issue without even coming out to our house to inspect our concern. Would not recommend Burnett for any home improvement project you might have.
