Still waiting after 9 days for a refund! Their manager charged me $199.50 for a $19.50 inspection! After multiple phone calls the owner tried to turn it back on me and told me that I should phone his credit card merchant to see why I wasn't given the refund. Are you kidding? I think I've waited long enough. Worst customer service ever and I still don't have my money back.

Terry is the Bomb dot com. I had gone to Jiffy lube last Friday. Waited over an hour and then Failed my inspection Lol. So I go back today and they want me to wait another 2 hours and also repay the fee?? What?!!? Do you want to kick me in the nuts too? Terry was done with my inspection in 8-10min tops. Fast, friendly and quality service. 😃😎🚗🙏🙏🙏

Iv been meeting up with Terry since 1998 for my inspections. Seriously...none better in the inspection department or the nice guy department.
