Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. BTW -- they are asking people to leave all those good reviews you see... After living here for 1 yr I do not recommend this building, especially with so many nicer apartments on the market right now at better price points. Key issues: 1. Noisy neighbours. This is an older building and the ceilings are thin. We got unlucky, and our upstairs neighbor has kids that run around, play with balls and jump off of things at all times of day (starting around 6am -- including weekends). It is ... read more

Kylee and Tyler are the absolute BEST!! I think it makes all the difference when they live in the apartments they are in charge of leasing. They are attentive, available, communicative, and friendly. Within the last few months they've installed security cameras by the mailboxes and parcel lockers, scheduled several events that range from yoga, to pizza Pie Day, to Little Woodrows socials. TYLER IS THE BEST!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable while also being honest and genuine. He also looks like a celebrity so there’s that. My move in experience was great because of him The unit is also clean and freshly painted (it seems) without any issues. So far so good! Looking forward to my time here!
I am a new resident of Burnet Flats. Tyler and Kylee have both been so supportive and helpful with my move to the community. Tyler toured me when I initially visited the property and was very informative and kind answering questions about the apartments and amenities.
