Updating from two years ago. This complex is not as good as it used to be. It’s still decent (which in of itself is hard to find) but it’s declined in quality. - billing system has been a mess since new owenership. Really annoying when I set up automatic payments and utilities are sometimes included and sometimes not. In rare cases it’s been down which is super inconvenient - they’re doing paid reserved parking which makes parking hard for everyone. Cool place to stay
I’ve been here a few weeks and so far I’m really enjoying the apartment! I’ve mainly been working with Zakia and she has been very pleasant to work with! Her colleague, Chris, has also helped me and has been very pleasant as well. They’re both very prompt and responsive and really make you feel comfortable asking all the questions (which I had a ton).
Burnet Flats is in a great location to live. I am glad that find such great place in Austin. Also, I have an awesome experience in leasing. Zakia is amazing and made all the paperwork process easy for me and my husband to move for our choosing home. And I'm also having such good time living here. They have monthly events to connect the Burnet Flats community, and we also have an amazing fitness center and workspace. I highly recommend this place for everyone that want to find a good home and community in Austin.
I’ve had a great experience living at Burnet Flats so far. The property is well maintained, clean, and in a great location. I especially want to highlight Zakia for her outstanding support.
