If you are looking for something different from your normal gym workout, this is the place to go! Great energy, great workouts, and lots of calorie burning! The staff is very supportive and always pushes you to the next level. The music is great too...which can make a huge difference when you feel like you are about to give up or slack on those extra squats...lol! I recommend anyone give this a try. I joined Burn Kickboxing on a 90 day challenge. Best decision i ever made. The classes are fun, the hour passes by quick, I feel toned, and the instructors are super friendly and encouraging
I needed something to get me motivated again and I can honestly say burn kickboxing has done that for me! It has such an amazing atmosphere and I look forward to my workouts everyday. I'd recommend burn kickboxing to anybody, no matter your fitness level!
BURN is a great kickboxing studio that truly thinks about the fitness needs of all members. BURN has high quality instructors that are well educated in not only fitness but nutrition as well. From the first day I started class, I was hooked! It felt so good to get a great BURN but more importantly I felt like myself again. The wide variety of class times and days allows be to BURN when it is best for me. Never and excuse to miss a workout! Thanks BURN!
I would recommend Burn to anyone and everyone. The instructors are great and helpful in all aspects of health. They are very supportive in all facets and make Burn a place that anyone would be comfortable working out in.
Very motivating. Staff and owner knows you by name. They care about your progress. It is worth the hour drive each way for me.
Burn Kickboxing is honestly one of the best facilities I have ever joined. The energy of the trainers is amazing and the support of the members is unlike any other place. Join and you will start to "feel the burn"!!
