Burn Bootcamp has been a life-changing experience for me! I was always a team sport kind of person, but after having kids I didn’t have the time (or youth) to commit to playing a sport for a couple of hours out of my day so I tried Burn out in 2016 and never looked back. After having my daughter I let my health get out of control. Finding this place was the best thing to ever happen to my physical and mental health. I’ve been a member for 6 months and feel so strong and I can do things I never thought I would be able to do. The trainers are encouraging without pressuring you and are always there to help you in any way you need. Burn SoDu is an AMAZING community that is supportive, fun, and kind on and off the floating floor. Wish I had found this place sooner!

Burn South Durham has given me so much: health, friendship, laughs. I am so thankful everyday that I walked in that door and keep showing up!
