If you hate working out but love the results and how you feel after, Burn is your place. 😂 Just show up for 45 minutes and let the trainers tell you what to do. I love they are one of the only gyms with childwatch. The trainers are awesome and know exactly how to push you when you need that extra motivation. Lacey at the front desk is the sweetest, and everyone makes you feel welcome. I love going to Burn! I started because I saw other friends going and wanted to try something for just me. It has turned out to be the best choice. It is so wonderful for my body and my mind. I can feel my body getting stronger, and it’s encouraging me to take care of myself better in other ways. And my kids love Childwatch!
I was looking for a gym that had child care so I could get back in the routine. The classes were great however the child watch completely turned me off. I have never left my 15 months old daughter alone with a stranger before so I was a little apprehensive and the child watch leader, Miss Pat was very rude and asked if I’d like to join the children if I was going to cry about it.
