I was very satisfied purchasing a car from BUCS. Corey was my salesman and provided exceptional service by locating a car in Seattle that met my needs and arranging to have it brought here. Additionally, the team addressed some minor cosmetic issues on the car at no extra charge and gave me a loaner car until my new car was ready. Overall, Corey, Sandy (Financial) , and the Sales Manager were all great to work with.
Had one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. My wife and I talked with some gentleman from an Everett car dealership (not Buc's) and literally had the audacity to tell me "No where in America is going to get you financed let alone with a credit union". I went in there I spoke with a gentleman who was able to find me a car that was on another lot in my price range the next day I got a call and none of those vehicles are available they're all BuyBacks showing online they were not. So I asked for the gentleman that I was speaking to on the phone to look up some other vehicles that may fit my price range and what I was looking for. Johnny Samley did my financing and worked with me to buy a car he was super attentive to my needs as well as trying to get me the best deal possible, they are nice and friendly as well my fiancé left saying she really likes it there and they got me a steal of a deal on my bronco!!!
