Had an appointment booked today to view one of your properties and what a waste of time, gas,and money because you didn't even have the common courtesy to let us know before hand that the viewing was no longer happening because you filled the applications for the unit What an unprofessional company to deal with.

This is a nice building..it's dated and could be really nice if owners put a little more effort into it.. apartments have big bedrooms and overall are large apartments..Pest maintenance is good, they routinely spray for pests.. Management needs to start managing the stairways and common areas around the elevators, stairwells and hallways because PEOPLE CONTINUALLY SMOKE and nothing is done about it. I have been living in this building for almost 5 years on the 15th floor and the management has always been poor. The hallways are often dirty and smell very bad. Recently, there was an unauthorized person in the hallway smoking weed and even urinating in front of my apartment door. This shows serious problems with cleanliness and security. Maintenance is very slow and unreliable. In winter 2024, I asked them to fix my balcony door and they said it was too cold and they would fix it when the weather gets better. had a very bad experience living in this building. There are cockroaches everywhere, which makes the apartments feel unsafe and unhygienic. Many things inside the apartment are very old and clearly need repairs, but maintenance is poor and issues are not handled properly. The building's condition is terrible and not worth the rent being charged. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained home.
