The staff and the dentist at Burlington Smile Dental are wonderful and very helpful. They took great care to attend to all my dental needs and explained all dental procedures clearly. They have accommodating hours that fit my schedule perfectly when most dental offices are closed.

Took my 87 year old mother to be assessed for dentures and they were going to file the paperwork with Sunlife Insurance. That was 2 months ago, no follow up, they don't answer the phone or return messages. There is never a car in parking. Very frustrated, my mom is in so much discomfort and loosing weight which is dangerous at her age. Very dissatisfied. We now have to start process over. How they ever got 5 stars is beyond me!
Very impressed with Dr. Bacic's approach to dentistry and patient care. Staff was friendly and helpful, the quotation for the work required was reasonable, as was the time frame. Highly recommended.
Wonderful, attentive staff. Dr. B has a warm smile, Gentle hands and explained my care needs clearly. Just booked my husband as well.
