Took my 87 year old mother to be assessed for dentures and they were going to file the paperwork with Sunlife Insurance. That was 2 months ago, no follow up, they don't answer the phone or return messages. There is never a car in parking. Very frustrated, my mom is in so much discomfort and loosing weight which is dangerous at her age. Very dissatisfied. We now have to start process over. How they ever got 5 stars is beyond me!
Very impressed with Dr. Bacic's approach to dentistry and patient care. Staff was friendly and helpful, the quotation for the work required was reasonable, as was the time frame. Highly recommended.
Wonderful, attentive staff. Dr. B has a warm smile, Gentle hands and explained my care needs clearly. Just booked my husband as well.
Lack Of Professionalism?
Dr Berta and her team are top shelf. Period. I highly recommend them if you're interested in a "professional with attention to detail". She's knows her stuff...and has personality plus. A rare combination. Paula at the front desk is exceptional with her people skills and friendly. I've been there three times and every trip has been an enjoyable experience and satisfactory. I've found MY dentist! Have you?
