We love Dr. Todd and staff at Alamance Pediatric Dentistry!
Switched from another clinic and very impressed. Explained everything to her and myself. Did X-rays that the other clinic never did. Provided a treatment plan that the other should have done. 100% recommend them as they were calm and relaxing to them.
My 4 year old son had to have a couple of cavities filled. He had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kevin and his assistant. My son had a dose of valium before coming to the office and nitrous oxide while in the chair. This relaxed him so that they could work on him and he would not be anxious. After coming home my son told me, "I want to tell Dr. Kevin something." I said, "What would you like to tell him?" He replied, "Thank you for fixing my teeth." This was a wonderful experience for us. I love this office, we were in yesterday ( 3 kids) and they were short staffed and still did 100% they are the best. wouldn't go anywhere else with my girls
So many years later, they have grown to love our 4 kids and we love them!!! They've been patient in a variety of ways: accomodating our daughter with special needs (now she's HAPPY to go to the dentist!), scheduling and re-scheduling to include foster children, writing letters to DSS to support our home care of a foster child, explaining complex mouth issues, and a sweet, happy spirit with all 4 of our kids.
We had an excellent experience at Alamance Pediatric Dentistry. All the staff is so nice and smile with everything they do. They know how to interact with the kids to make them feel comfortable. They also give the best prizes! They do a thorough job and take X-rays often!
Dr.Grooms and Macy are absolutely phenomenal!!!!!!!The front office also gets you checked in and out quickly and very pleasantly. My 6 year old son had his first appointment where he had to get shots. They were very patient with him, communicated very well with him and made him laugh throughout the whole process. They spoke to him with a passion in their voice for what they do on a day to day basis. I would highly recommend for anyone’s small child to have their first experience here.
