Staff was helpful
We rented a duplex from them. The rent was $1,025 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. We were supposed to move in on a Monday, but we received word that the unit flooded and we moved in 2 days later. We loved the unit and the area. The granite counter tops are nice, and the unit was clean on move in. Upon moveout, we cleaned the unit thoroughly. However, we were still assessed a $60 extra cleaning charge in addition to the $65 carpet cleaning charge.
