Recently, we moved from New Brunswick to Ontario, specifically Burlington. It seemed daunting to find a dentist, mostly because we don't know anyone in Burlington to recommend a dental practice office. I had a terrible experience here. Despite giving consent for them to retrieve my past records and X-rays (taken less than a year ago), they took multiple new X-rays without informing me of any charges. The hygienist claimed I had a lot of buildup and pushed for an expensive laser cleaning, which I declined. I opted for a traditional cleaning, but despite four units of cleaning time, she only managed to clean half my teeth and told me to book another appointment. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. D'Souza. She is very knowledgeable, communicative and caring. The entire staff is also extremely welcoming and friendly. I am so glad I finally found a dentist that I trust, and would be happy to recommend them.
Very fast response to my request for an emergency appointment. Pleasant helpful front desk staff and a comfortable welcoming environment. The dentist was excellent at explaining my dental issues and was extremely helpful in guiding me through my treatment options. Overall I am very impressed with this clinic and would definitely recommend.
I was searching for a dentist and I am so happy that I found out about Dr D'Souza. Coming into the office is always a very pleasant experience.
