A great experience as always, friendly staff and attentive to my needs. This last visit was especially great being seen by Dr. Ryan: my questions were answered and I was put at a sense of ease. I highly recommend Burlington Eyecare!
Great selection of higher end frames, but ridiculously priced. Costs have become prohibitive. After 34 years as a client; started with Dr. Watson and Dr. Wilson. This hasn't been the same place sine Mark took over - he's fine. My kids had a really enjoyable time experience for their first eye exam !
What a terrible place. I had a recent appointment with maya who seems cold and rushed. Her exam room smelled like a cafeteria which made it unpleasant and distracting during my eye exam. She has a cold and withdrawn demeanour which is also unfit for a medical setting. Worst of all was when she recommended a product and I asked how much, she said ask the front desk. Very disappointing experience with Burlington Eyecare. I called for an emergency appointment, and as usual, they were fully booked. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, even saying she didn’t know what I was talking about. I expected much more professionalism and empathy.
