Amazed by the flow from office to office. The visit was focused. Everyone stayed on task. I was in and out within 40 mins. Staff and Dr. Hasanee were kind and professional.
A most amazing care experience with Dr. Yu this week. Dr. Yu is looking after Dr. McGillivray's patients while he is away. I managed to see Dr. Yu based on an urgent situation. She was very thorough, meticulous, asked all the right questions before sending me for a CT scan and then requested me to return for further testing the next morning. I had a great experience with everyone there. All the front desk staff and back end staff were all so supportive and understanding. Busy place but that’s just a typical specialist practice
Understandable dr singer is busy. His intake staff are rude and very inconsiderate. If pts can't be treated professionally don't operate an office.
Very experienced doctors but quite often the wait times are long sometimes Very long.
