TL;DR - Impressed with parts department. Disappointed with communication. Techs did amazing. Had a fall on my bike and my foot gear shifter is really badly bent and my front alignment is off. Shifting itself wasn't/isn't a problem besides my foot not catching on the lever. Ordered the part June 14th 2025 and the part was on back order from Honda - so this wasn't their fault and I have no issue with. Staff aren't particularly helpful, waited quite a while for any acknowledgement/service.
Rizwan and Burlington cycle made getting my first bike a great experience. I went in not knowing much and Rizwan made sure to explain everything and was extremely patient and helpful. He ensured that all the paperwork and the delivery of my motorcycle was done as soon as possible and I will definitely be coming here for any future purchases or assistance.
