My Husband purchased a lifted Silverado on Saturday. He came home and I had a hard time getting in & out due to leg & knee injury.We went to the Dealership on Monday to see what options we had. We knew the Ford F150 we traded in wasn't an option. But the Salesman Todd didn't give many options. He claimed the only thing we could do was get a 2016 Chevy that was a downgrade and we would have to take a $10,000 loss. What started off as a great experience on 11/16 tuened into the WORSE experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. I received a call today stating thst i would habe to bring my new car back bc the DEALERSHIP tried tonchange the terms if my deal after i got the car. Then when i spoke to the manager had a nasty attitude. i love the car but I will NEVER buy or send anyone there. BUYER BEWARE
