I’d been going for years. It’s really disappointing now. I hadn’t been there in a little while as I moved further away, but I went today. I got the “ultimate wash”. My car doesn’t look like it was vacuumed at all. They didn’t even open the trunk let alone vacuum it, if they did do either they did a terrible job. There is still dirt and ice marks on the door liners and the trunk liner. There’s still bird poop on my windshield that was there when I got there. Have been coming here for many years. The old staff was much better but the new staff is alright. Sometimes it's hit and miss on the level of quality even when it's not the busiest. The owner is always nice to deal with.
So, so extremely disappointed. Visited Burlington Car Wash and Detailing today for their platinum wash (int and ext) to clean up my car for selling it. Saw multiple great recommendations from the Burlington Facebook group and even in the waiting area another lady RAVED about the service. To my shock, my car came back horribly cleaned, and DENTED with a scuff, as if someone dropped something on it. (The car has been parked in my driveway for weeks dentless since purchasing a new one).
