Have been coming here for many years. The old staff was much better but the new staff is alright. Sometimes it's hit and miss on the level of quality even when it's not the busiest. The owner is always nice to deal with.

So, so extremely disappointed. Visited Burlington Car Wash and Detailing today for their platinum wash (int and ext) to clean up my car for selling it. Saw multiple great recommendations from the Burlington Facebook group and even in the waiting area another lady RAVED about the service. I went in on Monday for a platinum wash as my parents recommended this place. My car was cleaned extremely well. However, whoever was washing my car broke off my rear windshield wiper and never said anything. I understand that it says on the receipt that the company is not responsible for any damages. But I find it unacceptable and rude that someone would break off the part and not even let me know. I could have reused the blade but now I am having to spend $60 on a new rear windshield wiper. This is not my first visit, and I have previously received excellent service. However, this time, when I picked up the car, I noticed that many areas had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, some parts of the interior had not been vacuumed properly. When I spoke to the manager, I was told, “This is a quick wash.” I’m not sure if a quick wash means that certain areas should be left uncleaned.
