On my first visit I had my bracelet shortened. They took the time and care to ensure the size was right. I’ve also had clasps fixed here twice, with the jeweller doing it on the spot, and it’s done in 5 minute. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Had a great experience here recently when my husband and I purchase jewellery for our anniversary. The salesperson was very helpful and spent time showing us a number of options. It was nice to have a chat with a fellow jewellery enthusiast. Found a beautiful piece and would shop here again.
Went in to look for an engagement ring for my fiancée. The sales staff member was so incredibly rude when my fiancée was asking the staff member questions about sizing. She said things such as “I’m not going to pull out every ring for you, you need to find one you like!”.
