Always a pleasure dealing with the staff in Burlingtons
A delightful store with an extensive range of beautiful estate jewellery. The service I received from both Paula and Judy was faultless. Both were very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will most certainly be back.
If you’re looking to sell your jewellery, I would look elsewhere. I was told by an unhelpful staff member that their assessor comes in once a week and they don’t ever know the day. To sell you have to leave your expensive jewels with them in their care until then. He makes the determination on cost and then you can decide. When I asked their policy on insuring my jewels while in their care incase they’re stolen, I was told that if that was an issue for me to go elsewhere. I asked again and she told me to go elsewhere.
