Brian worked with me for almost 2 years to find the right smaller house in Riverside. We just closed on the sale of the large house I had lived in for the past 20 years in Riverside. He worked very hard all summer to sell the house-with multiple open houses and other marketing. He sold the house in a very difficult market in complicated transactions and never lost his cool. It was a pleasure working with him. I am very satisfied and would happily recommend his services.

We are new to the state and knew very little about neighborhoods, available properties, or expected expenses. When we fell in love with a home with multiple offers, Jeff helped us make a rational (not emotional!) offer and saved us several thousand dollars. We firmly believe he is motivated more by service to his clients than by desire to enrich himself. We will recommend Jeff to our own family and friends in the future. This is not our first home purchase, but it was definitely the best thanks to Jeff.

I found Jeff to be both knowledgeable and conscientious. He was genuinely concerned about helping me sell my house and helping me find a new place to live. I liked the fact that he didn't pressure me and that he wouldn't recommend something that he wouldn't be interested in himself. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Jeff is fantastic to work with! He showed us several homes over the course of many weeks and was incredibly patient. We closed on our new home in December and we are so happy!
