Best Vets Ever! Dr. Byers is awesome... – What? Seriously folks, I don't know what the person who wrote the bad review was thinking when he/she wrote it, but Dr. Byers at Burlingame is wonderful!!! She is kind, compassionate, logical, extremely gentle, and one of the best vets I've ever had the pleasure to visit. Her true passion for the health and happiness of pets is *unparalleled* -- I have an older dog, and Dr. B's ability to treat this little guy with all of the love and care in the world is amazing. Best Vet Ever! – We have three dogs and three cats and we would never take them anywhere else! We have seen both Dr. Kellogg and Dr. Byers and would highly recommend either. The office and medical staff are also excellent. Everyone is polite, helpful and they really care about your pet. They will always call the day after a procedure to make sure your pet is doing well. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!
Dr. Kellogg and team are wonderful – I ended up here originally because it's a stone's throw from my house. How lucky was I to discover Dr. Kellogg and Karen (his wife, who works in the front). They are smart, compassionate people who will go the extra mile to make sure you and your animal companions are comfortable and well-informed. He is also a straight shooter - he won't spend your money for fun and he won't sugar coat. Fantastic customer care from the girls at the front desk! – When I brought my puppy in to get neutered, I barraged the girls at the front desk with a million questions. What would the procedure entail? How long until he's fully recovered? Are his toenails too long? It was obvious that I was a first time "dog mom". The front desk staff answered all of my questions (both on-phone and in-person) with knowledgeable and concise answers. They genuinely seemed to care about his quality of care and my comfort. Wonderful service! – I don't know why a couple people seem to think Dr. Kellogg is rude. I can assure you he is not, he, and his staff are great, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been taking my two dogs to him for almost 10 years now, and they're wonderful. Both Byers and Kellogg take the time to listen to your worries, explain and evaluate the situation, and they're both very understanding. They're some of the greatest vets in town who have your pets(family) best interest at heart.
Both Doctors Are Great! – I've taken my cats in to see both Dr. Byers and Dr. Kellogg and found them to be very helpful, giving me great advice and options for care. Staff is friendly, they try to accommodate their clients, and seem to really like my "guys". Overall a good experience in veterinary care.
Wonderful veterinarian – Dr. Kellogg's office is clean and friendly. They were sensitive to my apprehension of leaving my dog for a procedure. Dr. Kellogg and staff listened to my concerns and Dr. Kellogg himself answered questions, even when we called to discuss recent bloodwork. Costs seem comparable to other vets we have been to (we have lived many places). The only issue I have (if you can call it that) is the parking, but it would never stop me from going.
Curly's dad is the best vet yet - – Dr. John and his staff treat us like family, never make us feel rushed, always answer our questions thoroughly, and treat our dog with incredible dignity and compassion. Puddles still hates going, I mean, she's a dog, he's a vet, c'mon - but we have the peace of mind that she's getting excellent medical care, and we know we can count on getting excellent service and value for our dollar . . . not to mention, we get to see Curly the wonder-pup, Puddles' boyfriend;o) Tamee, Jason & Puddles
Best Vet EVER! – My best vet experience EVER has been at Burlingame Vet Clinic with Doctor Kellogg - not only is he (and his whole staff) so very caring and attentive to our little beagle, but I also ADORE Doctor Kellogg's kind attitude towards my young children (7 and 4) who always have questions and stories to share with him. He's never too busy to listen to them and never talks down to them, or me for that matter!
