Ordered a pair of glasses in July, didn't get them until about a month later. When they finally arrived, the lenses had so much distortion that I tripped just walking up/down stairs with them. After multiple attempts to let them try and fix the defect, I finally asked for a refund. I was told they don't allow any refunds, even for defective lenses!
