RecommendedLove this studio. It’s helped me get to a fitness and strength level that I haven’t had since college. I love the instructors and classes. The other women (and men) in the classes keep it fun and push me to go harder. There’s good class availability, even with tough work schedules. This place keeps me balanced.
Great studio and members! Love all the class offerings, especially when you have an early day at work. A must try!
Beautiful facility with excellent instructors who are very good at helping beginners to experts. They offer a wide range of classes with various time options. Love when they bring in cool clothing options and the front desk team is very helpful. Easy to sign in and grab your fav classes. Highly recommend.

Pilates pro works has so much to offer! I love all there classes from Reformer Pilates, trx, Matbox (kickboxing), barre, and there boot camp pro class which is strength training (I was sore for 4 days!) there front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. The teachers are amazing always giving modification to push yourself or beginners. I would definitely recommend this studio if you want a mix of classes, great teachers and a clean friendly environment!!

I walk by Palates ProWorks often, because I live in the neighborhood. I hadn't worked out in a year and thought, 'i should try this place because, I can't come up with any excuses to not show up'.
