4 months ago we asked them to order a door for us. 3 weeks later I called to find out when it would be installed and they had lost the form and hadn't even ordered it yet! Was willing to let it go and had them order it. They always tell you it takes 2 weeks for it to come, never shows up when they say. When I called again after 3 weeks, it was still not there. They installed my friends doors put one screw in each hinge connecting the door it’s out of square not at all a quality company
They do a great job! They put in our Windows for us! Very personable and quick on the job. No begging for them to finish up!
