John built a three-seasons porch and a patio for us. While the quality of work was decent, the overall hassle in trying to get John to finish the job was a huge problem. John started the job in September, 2012 and finished 95% by November, 2012. However once I had paid John most of the money, it took 10 additional months, 117 phone calls, and 6 inspector visits to finally get the project approved on August 20, 2013. poor customer service – The owner came and gave me a great quote for work. I was please with steps and brick work completed, but had questions/concerns about concrete work done. When I asked him about it he went off on me! He acted annoyed and like I was trying to scam him. There were deep uneven broom marks in the top of the cement which looked to us like an inexperienced worker did.
