I’ve been going to Burleson Lube for decades for oil changes, inspections, radiator flush, all the usual stuff on all of our family vehicles. When Gary Blackwood sold it, I had no reason to change. That all changed today. I’m in the at risk group for dying from Covid-19. None of them wore a mask or attempted social distancing despite the governor’s mandate. I will never go here again. Did not show even a basic amount of courtesy to my elderly father, who was wearing a mask, by not wearing a mask and actively avoided social distancing — when he stepped back, the man stepped forward. Unacceptable.
You tell me: Would you believe that a professional would do this to a senior citizen? My wife went there to get an oil and filter change. She is 69 years old. When she got home with the bill, I was flabergasted! It was a bill for $268.40. They ended up doing the rear differential, air filter, power steering along with the oil and filter! When I called to complain, I was told that she agreed to all the services. (Which she did; but she did not understand what it would cost.) Can’t say enough wonderful things about these folks! They helped me in a bind on two separate occasions by going above and beyond. (Most recently, yesterday). I’ve been going here for @5 years for oil changes. These people help restore and maintain the hometown feel of Burleson!
