Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Their office was well organized and clean. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Becky always has a great smile for me when I come in. I was completely at ease during my appointment. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and updated me every time I visited about where I was in the recovery process. It was easy to get an appointment. They have a flexible schedule. Their office was quiet and relaxing. I count on them for excellence in chiropractic care.
