Shockingly, Shockingly... poor level of communication. I would not recommend working with these people unless your ideal business relationship is having to follow up four times with a person just to hear back on any sort of question, voicemail, text, email it doesn't matter. Don't reach out it's just a waste of your time. Also I hope you expect to basically pay for all of the owners responsibilities. The price per sqft is oddly high then the stack a very high NNN on top of that making the flex/industrial space more expensive... read more
