They repaired my pressure washer and generator, which I brought over in pieces. Price was very reasonable. Educated me on gas storage and care of my equipment. Thanks for taking the extra time answering all my questions and showing me how to prevent future problems.

The owner Laura was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I have had my equipment worked on at Burlap Landscape and Supply for years and would not go anywhere else! Not only is their service department exceptional, but their new equipment prices and selection are great. Laura sold me exactly what I needed for the right price when my old mower simply needed replaced.

My chainsaw would not start so I took it in to the shop because I had such a great experience last time with my mower. Well turns out it was exactly the same thing, bad gas!!! It sat all winter with the old gas with no stabilizer in it. The mechanic in the back poured it into a clear container and showed it to me, it was almost orange!! Because the bad gas was so bad they had to replace the carburetor, the mechanic said he could rebuild it but the cost difference was minimal, so I had them replace it. If your Greenworks equipment need warranty work or servicing, then you are in luck as Burlap Landscaping is an authorized and only repair center in Vegas. Easy to find with ample parking and they open early. Laura is very knowledgeable and professional with my transaction.

I took my mower in for service because it wouldn't start, it sat all winter. The girl at the front, I think her name is Laura, explained to me that gas goes bad so it probably wouldn't be covered under warranty. They had to take the carburetor off and and clean it in a special machine called an ultrasonic cleaner. They showed me pictures of how rusty the bowl was from water and bad gas, and explained to me that gas can go bad after 30 days and you need to always use 89 octane gas with stabilizer added. A 1 service !!!, The woman at the front desk Laura was the most helpful person i ever came in contact with.So friendly,polite,helpful and a professional. Thee best customer service i have encountered anywhere. Guess I'm the exception that appreciated Laura's knowledge and upfront information on dealing with warranty companies. Took my new generator purchased online that came with no way to shut it off to her. Mistake to buy this online. The company wouldn't take it back, had to go through warranty company. Took a little time but got it fixed like it should have been from the factory. No surprises on this transaction. Thanks Burlap and Landscape Supply.
