5 weeks ago had eye exam, needed new glasses , ordered and paid for them. Still have not gotten them. Each time I call I'm told they have not come in yet. And they will call me when they come in. Need less to say I am very frustrated.
I received the wrong frames, a dot in the center of my vision, a scratch on the right lens. I may have seemed overly stressed but, I suffer from anxiety, depression and PTSD. I never thought that you would contact the Chief of Police in Lonoke. I will wear these defective glasses because I must but, I will pray for you and your hurtful actions.
Everyone is so friendly here! Dr. Boyette is so amazing with my daughter. She takes her time and makes sure she feels comfortable with everything that she's doing.
