The Very BEST! I have been seeing Dr. Burks for several years now. I am 65 years old and was a nurse for 39 years before a debilitating injury. I have never before had such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She amazes me how she spends time with her patients and provides excellent treatment. I will never use any other doctor. It is so apparent that she really cares about her patients. I also found Todd, her office manager, to be very friendly and helpful. A real family atmosphere!
She is friendly and caring. She takes plenty of time to listen to her patients.
I've been seeing Dr. Burks now for over 20 years. She always takes her time to talk with you and explain things in a very easy to understand way. You don't feel like you are being rushed in and out because she has another patient to hurry up and get to. Each patient is just as important as the next to her.
The visit was fairly pleasant, except for one office staff employee, i think his name was Todd very rude over the phone, and in person, and because of his attitude, i fired the doctor from taking care of me, if you allow your staff to act in such a manner, i don't want no parts of it.
