jeff was the fellow that came to service our A/C. He arrived and sat in his truck for about 10 minutes before coming to the door. He introduced himself and first changed the filter. He left the old filter sit by our door and never took it with him when he left. Then he went up to the attic "to look around" He left his little tool pack on the floor at the bottom of the steps and didn't do anything up there even though on the invoice we got it says he checked the blower wheel and blower motor amps. Excellent service and quality staff!!
First hot stretch in June my ac gave up after 25 years. I called Burkholders and they came to assess the system. Straight forward told me it was a replacement situation. I got a price quote and set up install. The only hiccup was timing for the install which took longer than I would have liked. Big plus was that they stood with the cost even when the install required some additional work. That is integrity that I appreciate. I highly recommend Burkholders.
