This was a very good experience. The Technician, Dan, did an outstanding job of explaining our current situation, the work performed during his visit. He provided us with knowledge and personal experience re: future expectations with our 20+ years old existing air conditioning unit. Overall, it was the type of service experience that should be considered second to none.
Both the office staff and the tech were very helpful and polite, receiving a text message with message that the tech was on his way was a nice touch.
Mike was pleasant, on time, and knowledgeable. My call was returned in a timely manner. Mike took the time to answer all my questions.
My a/c wasn't working properly, the office was able to get a technician to my home prior to thunder storms hitting the area. He quickly detected that the air filter was n/g & was causing the issue and issue was resolved. I am very grateful to the office for moving some appts and getting Bill out to clear up my problem during a very hot, humid period.
