Adam was great.
Our service man, Adam, arrived on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The scheduler coordinator, Stephanie was also at the top of her game as she always seems to be. And, near the end of the day, a second tech, John C. came by on his way home to help out. Talk about team work! I will continue to recommend Burkholder to all my family and friends. Their yearly contract is a bargain if you compare them to others in the industry.
