I am incredibly grateful for Burkholder's Flooring America. After an extended difficult time of trying to find a flooring at other places that worked well in my home, Kim and Autumn made the process extremely easy and quick. Gosh, Burkholders really helped us out with a speedy turnaround for our carpeting. They taught us our options quickly & thoroughly, kept us up to date on the order status, and then the installers were awesome and speedy, even when plans had to change on the fly. Looks amazing and we moved in the next day!
Burkholders did an amazing job from start to finish. From the lady’s in the showroom that helped guide us through the whole process to all of the people that did the work. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I got several quotes from other contractors. Burkholders listened to what I wanted, and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t love.
