I have used Burkharts for years. I paid for my stamp and did my bond through them and still have never received anything over a year ago. I saw the owner outside the building one day and stopped to talk to him, and he almost ran over me, trying to speed away. Please do not use their online service. They are taking money but not delivering product. At this point, I want my money back.

I am not happy with Burkhart's Office Supply. I only gave them one star so I could post. Burkhart's accepted my credit card payment to renew my Notary and my order for a new stamp. Weeks later, I had to call about my stamp. I was told it was on backorder. A month later they wouldn't answer their phones. I eventually found out they "Closed". They have my money and I never received my Notary stamp. I would like my money back.

Zero stars. Same complaint as everyone else. They kept our money and filed nothing; no wonder it says temporarily closed now. They better stay out of business, dang thieves.

Don't waste your time or energy with this company. Here I am one year later with nothing to show for it. They won't answer a phone the mailbox is full so you can't even ask for a return call. I will try the suggestion of taking my receipt in and getting a refund and if that proves to be a waste of time I will be filing small claims.

I renewed my Notary in March 2023. I still have not received my product and they will not respond to issue a refund. I stopped by the store last week only to realize they have closed the store front. Will not answer their phones or email. I want a refund!!! Do NOT purchase from Burkhart's.
