This is one of the more interesting jobs. We went out last year twice, once to replace a part on a very old unit and the second time to "fix" the *** homeowner repair. We had three scheduled estimates, all canceled by the homeowner. In between the dates of those canceled estimates he stopped by our office and had a very lengthy conversation with our staff wanting to know all the ins and outs of his project. I have used Burkhardt Heating and Cooling since I purchased my furnace and AC from them several years ago. Excellent, friendly customer Service, always prompt, with great products. The service rep even suggested how I could save on service calls with their buy 2 years and get one free.
I was very pleased with Kelly.He arrived on time wearing a mask. He was efficient, knowledgeable, well mannered, and clear in his explanations. He cleaned the furnace, attended a leaky pipe connection, gave recommendations and cost of cleaning the heating ducts, and explained how our older thermostat was working properly and did not need to be replaced. He was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to my neighbors. Thank you Kelly.
Very pleased with the way the guys installed the air conditioning in our older home. I know attic work is no fun, but these guys did a fantastic job. Stay AWAY... STAY AWAY!! Here's my story... They charged me for a service that they never completed. I ordered a Maintenance service. Tech showed up and flipped the breaker and called that Maintenance.. Charged me $160... A TOTAL SCAM, when I called to speak to them a customer service agent piked up called himself Bill, after explaining my situation he decided to call me a "SHITTY" customer, when I asked to talk with the Owner Doug he lied to me saying he was the owner, which he wasn't. The blower on my furnace stopped working. I called Burkhardt that afternoon and they had a service technician out to my house early the next morning. The tech confirmed the issue and provided me the options. I decided to have Burkhardt give me a quote on a new furnace. Doug the owner was out to my house within an hour of the service tech leaving. Dan was great...explained everything to me so I knew what was going on. He was very personable and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others...as a matter of fact one of my neighbors asked if he could check her unit since he was there.
