I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. From the office staff to the field technicians they all are extremely proficient and professional. Alex came out to our home today to complete the yearly furnace maintenance and he is always so personable and easy to work with. He has offered several suggestions to improve the efficiency of our furnace and I sincerely appreciate his attention to details.
Alex helped with a routine check-up on our existing boiler. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I have been using and will continue to use Burkhardt in the future thanks to this type of service.
