Wasn’t satisfied this time. Disappointed. To like the other times
Saw me for over a year with multiple visits and did nothing but tell me to wait. Then when it flared up and I needed help immediately, he recommended I see a different doctor that was did not take my insurance. Made presumptions about me because I was younger without truly asking me or talking to me. I’d recommend you see someone else. Don’t wait for treatment or finding the right doctor.
Office staff rude and nasty. Dr. Burkey himself displayed the worst care towards my 93yr old mom than any doctor ever. Dr. Burkey blew her off in her last stage of her life. Horrifying!
Went to him due to high PSA number. He recommended a biopsy. On the day of the biopsy I was taken on time and treated wonderfully by the staff. They are a cheerful bunch! Very happy with this group.
My first visit with Dr Bordeau was excellent. I am a 69 year male and really appreciate a bright, compassionate doctor with great bed side manner. This doc has it all...OUTSTANDING!!!

This practice is very busy and patients were called from the waiting room in nearly uniform 15min intervals. In my 15min session, I was scheduled a PSA blood test which came back somewhat elevated. The doctor immediately scheduled an invasive prostate biopsy. I sought a second opinion and my second doctor ordered a non-invasive MRI as his first diagnostic tool to *hopefully* rule out the need for a biopsy -- which has potential side effects that can be significant. Dr. Bordeau is informative, patient and caring! I have trusted him with my care and with performing surgery on me. I have and will continue to recommend him.
I am a chronic kidney stone patient. I transferred over to Dr Bordeau from another hospital with a bad experience I had with a urologist from there. I'm going to keep this simple...if you're looking for a doctor that takes the time to listen and answers your questions, is compassionate, trustworthy, highly skilled and has a very professional and friendly staff this is one doctor who I highly recommend.
